70 Job Boards to find paid early career opportunities for students and college graduates

“Where can I find paid early career opportunities?”

Update: Since this was published in April 2026, the response has been amazing! SOOOOO, I’ve updated the list with over 20+ new job boards! Enjoy :)

For the last 5 years, this has been the number one question I’ve been asked by students and recent graduates. If I had a dollar for every time I was asked, I’d be close to buying my dream 2BD,1BA exposed brick, open floor apartment in New York City 😍

We never gatekeep over here, so I’ve curated a list of 70+ job boards and platforms to help you find:

  • Paid internships

  • Campus ambassador roles

  • Externships & micro-internships

  • Full-time entry-level jobs

I can pinky promise that there’s something for everyone on this list! I recently launched my 60 day internship job hunt guide and even if you’re not looking for an internship, it’s an extremely useful blog post on how to go from application to offer.

How to Use This List

Don’t try to use all 70.

  • Choose 3–5 platforms to check consistently

  • Add 1–2 niche platforms based on your goals

  • Use 1 experience-based platform if you’re starting from scratch

The goal is to give you new options of where to look, diversify the roles you’re applying for, and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone with the tools you’re using on your search. Make sure you check out my free interview prep guide while you’re at it so you can ace those interviews!

💸 For High School Students

My pro tip: Most states/cities have their own government-funded high school internship programs. I grew up in NYC and landed my first internship from the Summer Youth Employment Program and Pencil Inc. Look up "[your city] summer youth employment program]” to find ones that can match you to your dream internship

💸 For Those With Little to No Experience

Start here if you need to build experience quickly:

  • Parker Dewey

    • I have a special partnership with them for my community about how to create your own micro-internship! There’s also a number of programs you can apply for today on their platform.

  • Extern

  • The Forage

  • NoExperienceJobs

💼 For Pre-Med/Health/Dental Students & Fellowships/Leadership Opportunities

I honestly believe university career center pages are an underrated source to find these roles. You can also find early career programs in these industries with the Google search prompt ”[insert: premed/pre dent/ pre health] summer undergraduate early career programs”

💼 For Brand / Campus Ambassador Programs

My campus ambassador roles with Tinder and Bumble helped me land full-time early career opportunities. These are amazing pipelines into your desired program in marketing, comms, design, or related industries. Here’s a guest blog post from a current undergraduate student, Sarah Juan, on how she turned her campus ambassador roles into internships
